Yay, finally got mine!
To those who haven't received it, Tim sent an email out this morning stating

"It's likely to have gotten caught up in the Christmas deluge, so rather than ask you wait any longer, I'm going to send another box out tomorrow (Friday 12th Dec).
We don't want to waste resources, so if your box has arrived already or does turn up today (Thursday 11th Dec), please let me know by midnight tonight."

The email address is <[EMAIL="tim&#64;artomatic.co.uk"]tim@artomatic.co.uk[/EMAIL]> but I also contact them through <[EMAIL="contact&#64;matterbox.co.uk"]contact@matterbox.co.uk[/EMAIL]>.

Thanks for your email. We asked Royal Mail to check our data against their records of people who've moved or gone away. I just checked your records and it's marked that you're no longer at that address–that's why you've not received the box (and didn't get the email either).

Could you please send me your current address and I'll get a box to you.

Thanks for letting me know. There are some teething problems and I'm very keen to learn why any box hasn't arrived. If it's any consolation, they marked me as Gone away too.

I really hope Tim can ignore posts like this. Think about all the effort they have put into providing people with stuff, for FREE. Tim just said himself they weren't as great as he imagined and yes, there have been some non deliveys etc etc, but I can't understand how some can be so ungrateful. Take it you binned the showergel and chocolate then cuz they were 'rubbish' yeah? :rolleyes:

not that Ive got mine yet... but how can you complain at shower gel and chock? surely you would apply for these free seperately and say how great they are... and with matter you sign up once and keep getting freebies, so long as theres one thing decent in it its a winner... if it turns up of course...

I didn't complain, I was quoting some1 who said it was rubbish and asking if they thought the showergel and choc were 'rubbish' too cuz I bet they used them. I was very grateful for mine and emailed matter to thank them and got a reply from Tim to say thanks and he appreciated the thanks. Mine was one of the early boxes sent out by mistake.
