Hi my hubby just had this email back,so he will wait till Thursday .x



Thanks for the email. Your Matter box should have arrived on Saturday. We send Matter normal first class mail, which as you know gets most things there next day, but not all. We're very keen to learn about about any that don't arrive next day and so I'm very grateful for your email.


It will most probably arrive in the next day or so–though of course, that's not the point, and I'm sorry for that. If it doesn't arrive by Thursday (let's give it the benefit of the doubt, it is busy at Christmas), please let me know and I'll send another one out to you.


Sorry this didn't go exactly as planned for you.

I got the same email, but not to worry there are always kinks in anything new. I do wish them great success with it at the end of the day!

Thanks to OP. I got my box yesterday after emailing Tim, who apologised.

The chocolate lasted all of a minute! LOL!

Not really listened to the CD, although it looks good, or watched the DVD. Would have preferred the Christian O'Connel book but hey ho.

The only thing I binned outright was the LoveFilm envelope, after I'd swiped the DVD wipe thingy of course!

Postie arrived early today with a white shoe box (looked like shoe box) WOW Matter was good to me:j Imagine how I felt when I got the mail indoors, the box was for son. And yes he had ordered trainers So my wait goes on
