Why is it that in Scotland you only get 5 years you can bcak claim for bank & credit card over charging, whereas in England it's 6. Many of the providers as UK wide. What have the haggis hunters done to deserve almost 20% less? Ombudsman McHelp please !!

Yeah, but you get an extra bank holiday, your students have no fees, etc.
