i'd like to set up an email mailshot, sending the same email (but with personalised name/company name etc) to a lot of different address, but am not sure how best to go about it.
are there any programmes/email providers that offer such a facility (preferrably free to use, i am an MSE girl you know
)? i want each email to only have the address of the recipient on it - i dont want people to know who else has been contacted with this.
also, would it be possible to link such programmes to excel/word (like you would with a standard postal mailshot)?
and can attachments and signatures be added to such emails as you can with a standard email?
looking forward to your responses and thanks for taking the time to help

for the recipient not knowing who else it's been sent to you're best creating a mailing list, if you use Outlook. Create one within your address book and attach all the addresses you want to send to and just mail to that 1 address,0
