Barclaycard BT -which number?

Hi,

Im looking to transfer the balance of approx. £5000 onto my existing Barclaycard which has a current balance of Zero. I've had my Barclaycard for 12 years and missed a couple of payments 5 years ago. Am I guaranteed to be offered the 6.9% with NO FEES as described in the shuffle article? If not, what can I expect to be offered?

Also, which is the best telephone number to get directly through to the right people at Barclaycard? I don't want to waste time with foreign call centres who won't offer me anything! Is there a list of phone numbers on this site?

Thought I'd answer my questions!

Got through using the customer service number on the back of my card. Was offered 0% till August with 2.5 % charge, or 6.9 % for life with no charge. The shuffle article doesn't lie! :beer:
