Trying to open a Savings account!

Life used to be so much simpler, I can remember the days when you walked into a bank and opened an account with just your name and address, now we have all this technology with 101 ways of checking up on us but we practically have to hand over our DNA just to open a simple account.

It is said that our data is stored on computers all over the place even the supermarkets know lot's about each and everyone of us, one would think that checks could be made automatically when we wish to open and account without us having to provide lot's of ID documents!

I dont know if its any help, but the PostOffice do a savings account that you can open online, dont know the ins and outs sorry.But if you go through Greasy Palm, you get cashback.x
