Free Haircut with herbal essences

I had forgot about this. I sent mine of on the 16th April so it should be here by 16th May, fingers crossed!

Finally received mine this morning but its for a salon thats an hour and half away!!! How bad is that??? I live in glasgow and it said they had loads of salons in the area so why have been allocated so far away????

my daughters went for their free haircut last night at the hair gallery in bolton,he did a great job and was really nice and didnt push any extras,if i lived closer i would deff go again.so if your close to bolton id put that as your 1st choice im in wigan and there wasnt any closer than bolton

I got my voucher today for a salon within walking distance. I'm well happy (just hope they give me an appointment now!)

Had to chase last year and ended up with an hour drive, but this year much quicker to receive voucher and got one local. The voucher number at the botton has been left blank though -is anyone else's like this as don't want to get to the salon to find won't accept it?

:mad: I received my voucher for a free haircut from Herbal Essences a couple of months ago. I spent loads on shampoo as the first time I mislaid the receipt so had to buy more!

I eventually received my voucher telling me my haircut was at Creative Cut in Bromley (not a very convenient location as nowhere near the shopping centre and parking's difficult). When I phoned a girl said she would have to get someone to phone me as she couldn't make appointments! Several days later I hadn't received the call so phoned again and was told there no appointments for at least three weeks. I couldn't wait that long so went to my usual salon.

About six weeks later I needed my next cut so phoned Creative Cut again to book. They told me they had not been taking voucher bookings for some time as they didn't have enough staff and had informed the promoter (presumably Herbal Essences).

Pretty disgraceful really. I'll be contacting Herbal Essences to see what they're doing about it. Think I should expect them to allocate me another hairdresser!

I had my free haircut a couple of months ago, very happy with it :T . The only problem was the salon I went to have two branches in Aberdeen, I phoned the number on the voucher to make my appointment and when I arrived they had no record of me as the telephone number on the voucher was for their other salon! Luckily they took me anyway as the other one is about a half hour walk away.
