I always avoided companies who used FAMAC as they were so bad. However, since HDN took over I've had no complaints at all - parcels delivered quickly, left with neghbour if I'm not in, arrive before 8am if they can to be sure to catch me.
I know it doesn't help, but I can;t fault them.0
