hi
i dont have any credit history in UK and I will apply for Capital One classic visa card ( 34.9%) so can you please tell me what do you think about it?
I am going to use it once or twice really ,but do you think that it can strengthen my credit?

The rate of interest makes no difference if you pay it off each month. I have had no problems with Capital One. You can even sign up to Equifax's credit watch for free and get two free credit records a year.
If you maintain regular payments it will help your credit score by showing a good record of repayment.0 -
The card is brilliant for building up a credit history, if your sensible. I had no credit history and I couldn't get anything I applied for. I got my card in july07 and have spent between 10-60GBP per month, paid off in full each month. I now have a credit score on Experian of 999 out of 1000 and have just been accepted for on of the best 0% on purchases card on the market.0
