I e-mailed Advantage last night on behalf of my sister and copied that MD into the e-mail. They have refunded the £50 and it'll be back in sis's account in 72 hours - RESULT. E-mail them and complain see if you can get your back too.

Well done Hanalara. My sis just checked her bank account and the full amount has been refunded. Between the two of us that's £100 they are down. I bet they are cursing Martin Lewis and his website!

Can you two please confirm who you emailed.
I only sent one email to that [EMAIL="james.benamor@postnet.uk.com"]james.benamor@postnet.uk.com[/EMAIL] and haven't received any reply.
I saw one of you emailed customer services, was that with james as a CC ?
I also saw that someone (else) had no joy from the postnet address and had an alternative address for the same person.
Finally if I repeat the email, should I include Watchdog as a CC ?
