• Contact Paypal immediately and also change your paypal password. Don't use a simple password, mix upper and lower case & include numbers. I use a phrase that has personal meaning but nobody could possibly guess. Any doubtful emails should be forwarded to spoof@paypal.co.uk or to spoof@ebay.co.uk depending on the contents of the doubtful email. Act quickly and good luck
• if the guy was decent enough to let you know he had recieved the money then surely its just a simple case of asking him to pay it back to you,...this would ease your worry then giving you time to get it fixed out as to why and how it happened in the 1st place...hope this helps.
• Hi thanks logical_simon I just contacted Paypal so they looking into it now and Hi fookufookme yes i agree it is really good of the guy to inform me about it but 2 be honest i would rather not give him my bank details 2 put it back as i dont know who he is so will have to leave it to paypal !

You don't have to give him any details as far as I'm aware, he can just press 'refund' and it'll be sent straight back to you.

I could be wrong though.

Hi thanks Iv just emailed him fingers crossed it can be done .
• At least the hacker didn't have the brains to change the password

Change your password and contact Paypal immediately! Contact the seller too and explain the situation too, and he should be able to refund the money.
