Intelligent Finance credit card website

... is not very intelligent at all if you ask me.

Half the time it won't let you log on because the "system is not available". However, it doesn't tell you that until you've entered all your security details.

Then tonight I did manage to log on. I wanted to make a payment as it's getting near my payment date. However, when I clicked Proceed, this nasty message appeared:
Sorry, there was an error in processing this transaction:
The information sent from the merchant's site is invalid or incomplete. Please send the following information to the merchant:
The transaction cannot be processed due to one or more of the following:

the merchant account is suspended
the currency you selected is not supported
the authorisation mode is incorrect
test mode is unavailable
the installation is not live
So I went to "Contact Us" and wrote a half-report / half-complaint. Hit "Submit". And the response was ... you guessed it:
There has been an unrecoverable error. Unfortunately you will need to login again to servicing.

I phoned them up to make the payment - nope, they don't do that over the phone.

Amateurs. Total utter amateurs.

    Then tonight I did manage to log on.
    But this morning, "the system is not available", again. Hrnnnnggggggg.

    Fortunately I discovered I can pay by bank transfer. Hopefully it will get there in time (1 day to spare, I believe). The next thing I'm going to do is arrange automatic payment by DD!

    I do my finances online as far as possible, and IF's CC site is so useless I would close the account - if they weren't lending me £15K at 0% for 9 months. ;o)
