Kiss for BLISS week
Have a wonderful Valentine’s and do something inspirational this Kiss for BLISS week!
A kiss is a unique expression of affection and love, and something that every new parent wants to give their child. But for 1 in 8 new parents, their baby may be too sick or too small.
Get involved by organising a fundraising event or activity, and send your loved ones a virtual e-kiss to remind them that you care. You’ll also be helping the 80,000 babies each year that are born too soon, too sick or too small to cope on their own.
BLISS is committed to:
• Supporting parents and families through a wide range of support and information services
• Campaigning for improvements in neonatal care - working closely with Government and other key policymaking bodies
• Promoting new developments and innovations in care by supporting health professional development, medical innovation as well as helping the spread of good practice throughout the neonatal sector.
BLISS is dedicated to ensuring that every premature or sick baby born in the UK has the best possible start to life.
