Citi Classic and Citi Platinum?

I have had a Citi Classic Card for about 6 weeks. They were very, very slow in getting their act together. I've now been sent an application form for a Citi Platinum as well? Does anyone know if it is possible to have both? They only gave me a small credit limit on the Classic Card, but I was wondering if a second card with them would not necessitate a credit search and whether it would be worthwhile sending the form back to them. Any thoughts?

Hi, If you take a look through the forum you may see that Citibank haven't got a good reputation for customer service (or honesty, or anything much that I can think of). My advice is not to bother.0

Hi
As far as I can mind Citi only allow you to have one credit card account with them.
