Barclaycard Info incorrect ????

Have just heard Martin on Moneybox Live - Radio 4. Good stuff ! But he recommended a Barclaycard (from here or Barclays.co.uk only) for balance transfers for short term card debt with a 14 month 0% balance and a 2.5% fee. I have now looked online at this as think it is just the thing for my OH, and on the opening screen it DOES say 14 months and 2.5% BUT when you go the the next 'More Information' screen the fee changes to 2.9%, and it is that in the small priont too. What is the best way to go about getting the 2.5% rate please ? It's hard to argue with a website if you apply online, but I don't want to pay the extra. (I know it's not much, but they shouldn't advertise it as 2.5 if it's 2.9.) Might Martin be able to bully them (just a bit) ? Or what should I do to ensure we get the lower rate ?
