M&S Appalling Service

I just wanted everyone to be aware of the amount of errors and miss-information I have received since I have made a furniture order with M&S!
The order was first made on 3/11/07, all of the furniture apart from one item was promised before Christmas.
On the 12th Dec we moved home, I rung M&S customer services to change the address, I was informed that the address had successfully been changed.
A week later still no sign or any delivery, so I rung M&S again. The address change had not been made, but I was assured this time this address had now successfully been made.
I then received a call from the delivery team to arrange a date for delivery (at this point still before Christmas)... but they had the wrong address and could not deliver to the new address until M&S informed them.
I rung M&S for the 3rd time, and was told that customer services cannot change the address, but only the store where I made the order!!! arrh :mad:
When this information finally filtered through to the delivery team, my delivery was due for 5th Jan! No wardrobes, dining table, dining chair, sofa or chest of drawers for Christmas!!!
When the delivery on the 5th Jan came, one wardrobe was wrong, the sent a wrong box!!
4 weeks later on 2nd Feb I supposed to receive delivery of the correct wardrobe, again the wardrobe delivery was incorrect!! I had half of one wardrobe and half of another!!
This is an absolute calamity of errors from M&S and am totally disappointed and frustrated with their service.
I would never ever order anything from them again, and warn any not to either!

M & s have set up an email to its director for these furniture complaints

How about emailing watchdog and telling them you have had no reply.That is rude-dont do themselves any favours do they!0
