How do I change my email address on MSE?

Could anyone tell me how to change the email address that's used if I subscribe to a thread in a forum? I guess this must be the one I had when I originally became a member but, although it's still active, it no longer directs to my inbox. (My MSE weekly newsletter comes through to my new email address so I guess I must have changed that at some point).

Click on User CP and then click on the edit email and password link in your control panel page, change the details and save.

Took a while for new email address to be activated so couldn't post 'thank you' yesterday but seems to be working now so big thanks.
