Macro problems when trying to download budget

i have been tryign to download martin's budget but it says as soon as i hit expenditure that i have issues with the macros - what does this mean?

This is most likly a problem with the security level in excel which Microsoft have used to diable macro's by default in newer versions of Office.
If you have office 2003 installed you need to open excel and go to:
Tools>Macro>Security
Set the security level to medium.
Now when you open the spreadsheet it sould prompt you asking weather you want to enable macros, select yes and it should work.
This option will be around the same area in earlier versions of excel to.
