Valentines biscuits

I would like to make some valentines biscuits with my son, i have bought a heart cutter from tescos (£1 for 3) but I need a recipe so that I can cut out the bisuits. We normally make cookies and he knows how to make these by himself, I was thinking of maybe a shortcake one but any other ideas would be gratefully accepted. I also would like to coat half of the bisuits in chocolate.

    Click on the link on the right for biscuits (I can recommend the chocolate ones... and the melting moments.. and the ginger ones... well.. ALL of them really :))

    There's also a link for icings, so you can pick the chocolate icing and maybe (as I do) just add some extra real dark chocolate :)
