my car insurance is due in 2 months and i will be using confused.com yet again. 2 years ago as a youngster with a vast amount of speeding points, i saved over £600 using this site! ive never used any of their competitors like moneysupermarket but i dont think i can get much beta

Also if there are any of you male drivers out there who are the only driver listed on your cars insurance, add the missus. I always thought adding a second driver would make it more expensive, but not so. It would seem if your missus is down as a named driver then in the eyes of the insurance company when she is driving the car it is in safer hands therefore less likely to have an accident, ergo cheaper insurance. It won't be a drastic amount you save if any but every penny counts i say when it comes to those robbing insurance companies.

Martin I love you is all that I can say. I am a newly qualified driver and your tips saved me about £400. I have printed them off and passed them on to as many new drivers as I can (as well as some existing ones)
