Is it possible to submit a service to Martin or this website for review?

I have been involved in setting up a service through a small software startup company that enables enable people to save money on mobile phone texting.
I do not charge for using this service and I do not gain anything from people using this service (other than I can say that 'x' number of people are using the service).

I have read the terms and conditions of this website - and as I find this website extremely useful and rewarding, i do not want to abuse the terms and conditions by posting a referral type message to the site.

If anyone from moneysavingexpert.com would be willing to review a service - or to let me know how I can inform people of the new service without abusing the terms and conditions then please contact me.

You could post the details about your site on the Referrers' Board HERE without breaching any terms and conditions. That will help with promoting awareness about your website.
