Funny thing is, until I saw this post I was considering using this company for my conveyancing (they are doing my HIP and were recommended by the EA) but doubt very much if I will now as this kind of post puts me off. Shall just go back and use my last solicitor I think!0

No terms and conditions about the free HIP on the website. I suggest anyone considering using this outfit asks what happens if they decide not to use movematrix after the HIP has been provided.Happy to help with HIPs and EPCs0
