Not long in my house!!;)
Seriously, if allowed, is still OK after a couple of days I find, and even on day 3 for toasting.
I use a white/granary recipe.Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.....0 -
I've been making bread in my bread maker for ages
Then last month I wanted to make a lot of bread at once - to minimise hanging around and I usually make it in the oven anyway after it's been on the dough setting!
Used the recipe off the packet and was suprised how much quicker and easier it was to make than using the bread machine - and the quality just never does seem the same. I have a panasonic machine and don't have a decent recipe to use with milk - so I usually end up using powdered which is probably where the problems arise.
rolls were lovely as was the bread.Tim0
