After emailing Primary Times yesterday, they replied this morning with the following:
"I have been speaking with the client about this, and it would appear that most kits were despatched last week with the remainder being sent this week. Please could you be kind enough to let us know if you haven’t received the prize in the next couple of weeks and we promise to chase it up for
Many thanks for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our apologies for the delay in the prize reaching you"

In the post today I had a 'Fred's Hygiene Kit'. It is a little pouch with a flannel, nail brush and nail clippers. No note. Kids think it's great. Presume it's from this comp - so guess prizes are on their way now. Thanks!!0
