How do I add more than three lines to my signature? And how do I type a double space?

Just wondering how I add more than three lines to my signature? If I try and add a fourth it tells me I'm only allowed five, but I've only got three and only want four. Please don't reignite the debate about the introduction of the new rules here, it is a genuine question to which I haven't been able to find an answer yet.…
