Hi - well the biggest problem we have with the SPIF form is that my 16 month put it in the toilet so it is ruined - but none of you can help with that can you !!:p
I have a couple of queries about the form
One of the questions was something about "does anyone else live in the house " and " do they have to move out" - or something similar cannnot remember exact words.
The house is in hubbys name so does he have to put me and the kids on ? When he first bought the house i signed a form saying i would not claim any rights to the house.
The other is the 10% deposit payable on completion - it askes if we have the money to pay it yes / no and then asks are we using our buyers deposit to pay this with.
What's the answer ? WE do not have the cash so presumably the second option ?

This house buying /selling stuff is bloody stressful stuff:p

I think it says will they be moving out with you. So the answer is yes.
If you are buying another property and not adding more of your savings into the house pot, then you will be using your buyer's deposit, yes.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
