I don't plan to leave - I'm going to get a savings pot of some sort which will pretend to be a for a mortgage debt and which will either be to save up of the forever house. or the retirement apartment - not sure which yet!

OMG - I just looked at my bank statement and I've had a £330.40 refund from my energy company! I'm paying it straight into the mortgage account!!! That's an unexpected bonus! The end is nigh!!!!!
