Hope your DD gets better soon pigpen. Is your house a nightmare for illness? When one of us is ill we all get and there are only 3 of us, cant imagine what it would be like with 10:eek:The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Oddly no. they are rarely ill and it has to be a really nasty bug to go through everyone.. in fact we only ever had 2 things go through everyone.. a particularly evil tummy bug when I was pregnant and I had 4 of them upchucking.. they all sat in a row on the sofa with buckets in the gaps lol.. and chickenpox.. I had 1 get it.. then 4 others(younget was 15 weeks.. she then got measles 2 weeks later!) and my brother all at once.. (I only had 6 then) The oldest had it when he was an 'only' and the younger got it when Tiddles was tiny.
Bugs are banned.. lol.. they don't get time off school unless it is bad so it is pointless them being ill!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

            Morning all
Drizzly here today, one load of clothes draped round indoors and I've just washed the cats blankets. So the machine is on empty now to get rid of cat hair.
I did all the bedrooms yesterday, and the rest of the house, so I'm not doing much today. I seem to go like that, one busy day followed by an idle one. Better than idle every day I suppose
Rang up the library and sorted out the missing book. Well, it's still missing but they believed me when I said I never had it and took the fine off my card. They assured me I wouldn't be getting the baliffs round. Maybe I'll sleep with dreaming about it tonight.
Prepped veggies for lunch and watched Corrie.
Hope today is better for you AnW'sMum - and anybody else having a bad time.0

Morning All. Have been doing well but mainly because DD ,decided to wake up early.
Thank you for all your advise about DS sleep patter, or lack of it. Well I have not been letting him get in my bed until the alarm goes of at about 6.20 but he still seems to persist with coming in saying he wants to come in my bed. ( I think he wants mummy cuddles) I am thinking *mumofjusttwo thinks this will not impress DH much* about getting DH to sort it for a couple of nights and see if DS realises that he is not going to get what he wants. DH does not like his sleep disturb but he has only had to look after the kiddies 3 times in 2 years -once was when DD was born and I had to stay in hospital, one when I went away with my sister and the last one was the night that my sister died and I stayed by her bedside was the night that my sister died and I stayed by her bedside
Please do not get me wrong my DH was fantastic during this time as each night he would get in and I would go out come back at 11pm then go to bed , same thing happened for about 12 weeks. anyway sorry about that, got a little sidetracked then.

I need rocket fuel and a kick. And to dry my hair. And more Number 7 refine and define beauty serum.
Had a bath. now I am even more snuggly and want to have a nap, but DS2 is like 'no way mummy'.
Hmmm, load TD, then hoover and tidy up a bit while soup is heating up.
I made minestrone soup last night, no meat just veg and left it out on the hob didn't I? Well Torchwood was on! Wonder if it will be OK, should be. Better be! :rotfl:0

The imp has been better at nursery today.. she apparently sat through the story and registration. She didn't want to go in this morning so ended up taking her dummy AND Eeyore with her.. I usually steal both when we get there.. but she put her dummy in her drawer when she was asked and apart from escaping when they were going out to play and tipping balls all over the hall she has been ok.. lol.. Just like her dad!! :A
I've put money in bank, had the ebay shelves collected, folded some clean washing.. towels and jeans off the line.. and I have a heap in the kitchen floor to fold next.
I'm going to leave hubby supervising the pinks while they eat and I'm going to do some flinging.. and I may vacuum while Jb is awake.. my stairs are furry!:o

            I'm a bad neighbour....
the dog got into next doors garden (the new folk) and dug up their bulbs from the planters. Guy was at the door, and I said 'oh right, sorry I will go get him', then he kept on and on! While the dog is still in the garden... anyway, he has dug them up, made a mess, but I am sure it can be salvaged. anyway, he has dug them up, made a mess, but I am sure it can be salvaged.
No idea why the gate was open though, it was closed this morning.
Hoovered, loaded TD put smelly dog bed, hubbys jacket and jeans that are covered in muck in the WM with star drops. No powder just star drops, the jacket and jeans will need re washed so no point. Got soup now... yum.0
