hi does anyone know the cheapest option to travel on a ferry to dublin? many thanks

Any chance of a few details - ie when, how many people travelling, how your travelling etc.
Irish ferries do a some cheap ferries from holyhead to dublin port.0 -
hi yes 2 ppl travelling, and would like to travel from holyhead to dublinor anywhere in that area - just the cheapest fair etc? and sometime in aprilor may or even june etc? Many thanks0

Still not enough info - do you want to take a car,day foot passenger or a normal return?
Have you looked on the Irishferries or Stena Line websites?0 -
hi sorry a car - normal car and yes i looked at stena - and it came back with 196.00 returm which is rather a lot when i can travel from dover to dunkirk for £29.00 return. and it wont be day return - rather a weekend or so. thanks0

(There is a long stay car park near the port at £5 per day (I think)).0 -
Yes it does cost more to travel to ireland but you are travelling further!
Also there are only 2 companies competing for business rather than the half dozen or more on the dover-calais routes.0
