Hi there, I don't know where to put this so I thought I'd put it here.

If there is anyone in Wales (anywhere) that was on a train between Barry and Cardiff last Tuesday between 3:45pm and 4:30pm at Dinas Powys and witnessed the incident when the doors of the train were closed on my grand-daughter and her buggy, could they please contact me ASAP as Arriva Trains are trying to claim nothing happened. The buggy was a write off and my grand-daughter nad her mother were shaken up by the incident.

you should get your daughter to ask for the CCTV tapes from the station she was at (you won't be able to do it - she needs to request it under the Data Protection Act).
