How do I get and update my maps on my MyGuide 3100?

How do I get and install speedcameras etc?

RIGHT here we go again .... HELP!!!!

I have 2GB SD card.

Need to get latest version of IGO8 and Tom Tom to work with my MYGUIDE 3100.

Several sites shows links to download but not how to install.
