Grab bag offer at Lush!!!!

Hi everyone,

I'm glad to see that some of you have received your orders... that's exciting news!

Thought i'd try and explain when everyone can expect thier parcels, as i can sense the excitement is at Fever pitch!

All the people that placed orders for Next-Day Delivery should have received theirs today, as we despatched them all yesterday. If you haven't received an order that was placed on Next-Day delivery, please contact us (orders@lush.co.uk or (+44) 1202 668 545) and we will track your parcel for you.

For everyone else, it may take a few days. We are picking them pretty much in the order that they have been placed, but some of the Large Grab Bags may have been stalled as we waited on some additional stock to be sent from the factory to complete them.

It may also be the case that, instead of the Tree Amigos / Christmas Party triple packs of ballistics, some of you receive a Supersize Lush Pud (exactly the same value). This is because, some of the stock we anticipated being available to us had been sent to the stores (some of whom ordered additional Christmas stock to bolster their own supplies of Grab Bags!) And because we took additional orders on the Grab Bags.

All the bags will be delivered by courier (rather than Royal Mail) due to the weight of the Grab Bags. The courier (in most cases DHL) should leave a card if they have attempted delivery when you aren't home. This also gives us the ability to track all of your orders so, if you have any queries, please contact us.

It may not be possible to meet all requests to swap products, even if your order has not been despatched. This is beacause many invoices have already been sent out for picking and the team in the phoneroom will no longer have the opportunity to edit them.

I hope this helps to clarify a few things. Please, if you have any questions, contact us. Don't panic if your order isn't with you in the next couple of days! As stated, we have the ability to track everyones orders and we definitely have sufficient stock to satisfy all parcels - even if one or two of the items originally listed have been substituted - so noone will miss out.

I'm getting really excited about this, never had anything from Lush before. :j I've promised my daughter that whenever it arrives I won't open it until she gets home from school. Does she think I'm going to bag all the best bits for myself? You bet she does! As if.....:A :rotfl:

You are in for a real treat then! My daughter likes to have a bath before her friends arrive as they all comment on the lovely smell in her house, it really wafts right through the house and does last. I dont know about anyone else but we dont use a full bath ballistic in one bath, we break them up and usually stretch them to 3 baths ;-)

I am the same, usually can stretch them to a couple of baths - but I do find the bath bombs difficult to split. Have a large kitchen knife in the bathroom for the sole purpose of hacking off bits of bath bombs!

i do this too! I usually put them in a bag and hit them with a rolling pin!

LOL I have a tiled floor in bathroom so just throw the bag hard on the floor.
I have a 9yr old special needs foster daughter who goes crazy when she gets in a Lush shop. She loves to get a basket and smell everything adding what she likes to her basket, I cant wait to see her face when this box comes as we dont have a shop near us. I just hope theres one with sparkles in for her as she really does love those.

i also have a kitchen knife in my bathroom for cutting bath bombs in half!
