Also noticed on the lush forum that Tony is posting up the web order numbers so we all know where we stand over the swap.

Hi I have just spoken to them re the swop.

My web number was 49019 but order number is 951018, so mine has automatically been swopped. If you have a web order please check with them whether you need to claim your swop, apparently it was some in the middle (so prior to mine)

Cant wait - first LUSH products and delivery is about 5 days (and counting)

Not had an email, does that mean I got the xmas present set - my order was 484 something. Not bothered with either set - status shows processing.

I missed out last Saturday as i didnt hear about it till late afternoon, when i phoned Trafford they said they didnt have any left

It was the two stores in the city centre.

They had a delivery last Friday afternoon and all were gone within 2 hours of Saturday morning.

Has anyone had a dispatch email from them yet? My order is still showing as processing. Does anyone know how long orders usually take?

I believe they are not sending despatch emails, as their system is not set up to send them. The first batch of orders has been processed, and they are on their way.

I'm getting more excited by the day!!!:D

Ordered a large bag each for myself and my daughters (x2). The most massive box was delivered this morning, packed with popcorn which we've managed to get everywhere. It was like the most amazing Lush scented lucky dip.
