If you're looking at the balance transfer to the BC Platinum, check the small print.
The link from MSE still says the handling fee is 2.5%, but the small print says 2.9%. I rang to check, and was told it is actually 2.95%.

I did a BT 9 days ago and was charged 2.5%.
Have they increased it in the interim ?

The Barclaycard BT fee percentage depends on the product, and seems to range from 2.5% for 12 months to 2.9% for 14 months.
