My DH qualifies on the basis of age and we had this done last October - didn't cost us a bean for the insulation. We did pay a bit extra to have them install a bigger loft hatch - DH was planning on doing it himself anyway but their quote was pretty good so I got them to do it (saved on the mess!!!). They only charged about £100 extra for that - and they didn't push it, we asked them about it first.
We did it via Tesco who were included in the scheme last year. There are loads of ads in the daily papers at the moment, lots from British Gas.ELITE 5:2
