Howdens - whats the max discount?

my husband has just opened a Howden's account to get a new kitchen. Just had a plan and price back (this is our first order) and it shows a discount of 77%. I know this is not the max from what the Howden's guy said. Does anyone know what the max is (to help with my bargaining) and how to get the best deal from them.

go to b&q show them your quote and they will beat it, you can then go back to howdens and show them what & b-q are goin to do anf
d see what they say. good thing about hoiwdens is , is that they come built up ready.
its a bit of cat and mouse but may save a few quid...
think they are all fighting for the business at he mo.

We got a free dishwasher thrown in........they compete mainly with MFI,and we didn't need an account,just to show a builder was doing the work.
