Income Protection T&Cs

Im considering buying an income protection policy but I've had a look at a couple of T&Cs, and I think I have a problem. The one at iProtect mentions registering with the Job Centre if I become unemployed, but under my permit rules I cannot seek government assistance - including the Job Centre. I can obviously register with employment agencies, but the Job Centre clause is a problem.
Does anyone know of any good policy providers who just specify 'actively seeking work'?
