If you have a FD 1st Account and use internet banking, just navigate to "just for you" on the "my accounts" page - it's available only to FD customers with a current account. Select credit card and you should be able to see the credit limit and type of credit card that is offered on the basis of existing information that FD hold. Alternatively, on the left hand side, select "apply online" and then select "credit cards" to reach the same information. If you're offered the standard credit card, I think there's an option to switch the application to the FD gold card and vice versa.
There's no explicit mention of minimum income requirements because FD often use internal lending criteria that often don't lead to a credit search being conducted with a CRA if you apply within an internally determined and approved credit limit. That said, the FD Gold credit card is intended to start with a credit limit of £3000. It's worth bearing in mind that the credit limit will be partly factored as a proportion of estimated annual salary, which is presumably estimated on the basis of total annual deposits to the 1st Account and information supplied when first applying to FD.0
