Help, I don't understand mobiles at all.
I switched off my phone today, something I don't usuallly do, and failed to put in the correct PIN. Now it is asking for the PUK code. I have no paperwork or box for the phone, having bought it from a cashback site nearly two years ago and am now on an O2 contract.
What can I do?

The SIM card is locked, not the phone. Simply phone up O2 Customer Services and ask them for it.0
