Oh no, it wasn't me that made them! LOL, I'm not that clever yet!

I'm trying to find some ideas and suggestions to decorate the venue for my friend's wedding and found this when I was trolling the sites. There is a tutorial though showing people how to make them, if you want the instructions?

sally- I`m sure you could make them... you could easily make them out of tissue/crepe paper and they would look great.

Here's a link to how the first ones are made, looks really easy, but I don't drink coffee and don't think they recommend using tissue paper, anyone got any suggestions as to what else I could use?

there was some kind of paper, i am just searching... that i think will be good for this, but i cant find it
these filters are good btw
