I've not spent anything, but I did lend a friend in need £5 at lunch time, which I'll probably not get back..... so £5 spent for me today.

Update to the day from hell - the kettle has now broken:mad:kizzykizzywizzy wrote: »Hi everyone,
I think it will be a NSD today, stupid car wouldn't start this morning, probably due to the torrential rain we've had & the fact I hardly use it so the battery has gone flat!! Worst thing is I had a survey to do at 9.30, luckily got a lift there & walked back at least 2 miles!! to save money on the bus:p
Got £20 in tescos gift cards for the survey, which I was stopped in the street for last week so very happy, was going to get some shopping with the gift card today, but obviously can't get there now:mad:
So I will be taking my car battery off in a minute & putting it on charge, hope I don't blow myself up
Came home to a prize I won in December a lovely Alfa Romeo watch & a card for another parcel, can't pick up until tomorrow from main post office, but obviously the car is dead:eek:
What with my Son being sick the other day, someone really didn't want me to do this survey:p
Why does everything happen at once
Sorry rant over:rotfl:
Good luck everyone:A
Got the battery off the car & it's on charge fingers crossed that I don't need a new one:think: battery that is not car!!Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner
