Trojan-Spy

We have a message on our computer which says that we have a Trojan_Spy HTML.Snitfraud.c

We have tried Spybot and No Adware and keep running safe mode but cannot get rid of it.

Has anyone else had this problem and solved it sucessfully?

Any advice would be gratefully recieved.

try downloading ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com and running that in sfae mode first, it will delete all your temp files etc (trojans often hide in there) then run Spybot

if you are running XP then download and run the Windows Anti spyware...it's free and very good !!
