and FVF fees refunded.
not come accross someone changing

Have a read of:

You need to wait for 7 days, then open the dispute, don't bother with the mutual agreement0 -
You can only get your FVF's refunded & you DO NOT have to wait 7 days, File the Dispute stating the buyer has purchased in error.

Wouldn't 'in error' mean a mutual though? Why should they get away with it?My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

Yes it would be a mutual agreement or they could wait 7 days to open the dispute & another 8 days to close it to get the FVF back (If the buyer doesn't respond)
The OP could ask the buyer to reimburse the fee's for the item, including the listing fee & FVF.0 -
thanks everyone

refund I get back 63p FV fees but am out

I wouldnt have let the buyer get away with it. They are now free to do it agian & again, with sellesr being none teh wiser that they have a history of it.0 -
When they stop us leaving poor feedback for buyers, NPB strikes will be the only thing that protects us from cruddy buyers. My TV is broken!

That's a risky option. If the buyer is dim enough to buy something they don't want are you really happy for them to tick the right box to get your FVFs back for you? If they choose any other option other than 'they don't want to proceed' then you will lose all your fees and the buyer has also walked away without a blemish on their account.
