Some answers that might help a wee bit.... HERE.... I think! ;-)
Which legendary politician introduced the awards?*
Aneurin Bevan*
"That is why we have been involved with Government in
the Housing Design Awards since 1947 when the great Nye Bevan introduced them
for public housing." http://www.communities.gov.uk/documents/citiesandregions/pdf/131092.
Which PM suspended the awards arguing that quantity was more important than quality?*
It was a Tory government that suspended the awards in 1955/56..? Macmillan was housing minister, but not PM? Callaghan was Labour and Maggie was later? Misleading question perhaps?? Could equally be that I'm being a tad thick... (eek). So, a guess: Harold Macmillan
Harold Macmillan*
Jim Callaghan
Margaret Thatcher
Which three of the following are the most decorated practices with not less than 17 awards?* (tick three answers)
Frederick Gibberd
Darbourn & Darke
Eric Lyons
Broadway Malyan
Chamberlin Powell & Bon
Johston & Wright
One of these four honoured architects has not been honoured with a Housing Design Award: Was it?*
MacCormac
Grimshaw
Farrell
Rogers
Name the architect who was commemorated by the Housing Corporation's Special Award for Affordable Housing?*
Stephenson Bell in 2003?
Stephenson Bell has won only one of their 12 awards outside the Manchester area. In which city was the project?*
Liverpool
Leeds
Newcastle on Tyne*
According to Stephenson Bell website:
"2002 Housing Design Awards - Award in recognition of potential excellence - Quayside Tower, Newcastle Quayside"
Which of the following practices has won the most Housing Design Awards this decade?*

Yes will be difficult, but not the end of the world. Was much worse yesterday, saying goodbye.
No - works for his parents, and I have to stay to earn money and sort family stuff, but we'll be in the Oz tropics at the end of the year if all the immigration stuff works out - was there for 6 months last year. Just hard when you are used to being together.
