Ibiza transfers

For the first time we have booked our family holiday the moneysaving way i.e. cheap flight and seperate accommodation but I need some advice about transfers. Should I pre-book a taxi/hire car or wait until we get there. We are going to Ibiza, arriving at 01.00am.
Also we are flying from Birmingham airport, anyone know of safe, cheap off-site parking?

taxis are normally plentiful outside the terminal and all run on meters
most of the car hire firms will be open but hertz I know isn't
it is cheaper to pre book car hire in the uk0 -
Took taxis in Ibiza last week. All metered and clean/correct. Ibiza's airport has taxi ranks outside and as most flights arrive late evening/early morning, taxis will be waiting for your custom. Just ensure you have your destination address written on a piece of paper in order to avoid "pronunciation's errors"......0
