I'm assuming you mean a paypal claim?

If so the dispute can be open up to 30 days.

hi soolin yes its a paypal claim for item not recieved,
    this is what it says

hi phoned paypal ive been given a refund of 150.00.. the original ammount was for 230.00 is there anyway i can claim the rest amount?

    paypal have said

After careful review, this claim has been decided in your favour and 150.00
GBP has been credited to your account.

This is the maximum amount covered by PayPal. If your claim was for more
than the amount recovered, the outstanding balance is due from the seller
and we will make our best effort to recover it for you.
