HQ Hair now I'm annoyed

Anyone had probs with the 48 hour delivery from them? Ordered a £45 necklace on sunday morning, so allowing for the fact it was a weekend I would have expected it to arrive yesterday or today but it hasnt :rolleyes:

Probably turn up tomorrow but I was just wondering if anyone else had experience of them?

Now I'm angry. Not only can this company not reply to any of my 3 requests for an update of where this item is, you cannot call them either. Conveniently they have problems with their phone lines.

48 hours for delivery has thus far taken 5 days and still no sign of it, nor word from them as to why.

I have requested a reply from the company by close of business tonight and I have also requested a refund of the postage i have paid.

Not a happy bunny at all.

I've ordered from hqhair a few times and they are usually pretty good. I usually order thursday night and it's pretty much always been delivered on saturday. Is this your first order with them? My sister placed her first order with them but she chose her work address for delivery and after sending them an email they said they had to cancel the order as they will only ship to the billing address (I think this is just on the first order). HTH

Finally had a response, I "should" have had an email telling me the item is out of stock. Unfortunately I didn't have an email at all so I'm waiting for an item that hasn't even been sent.

What has annoyed me more is that it is still showing as in stock on their site, so had I not chased them up I would still have been waiting.
