This is for old promotion (1st one) which I sent it in February..

I sent my form back on February 12th (?) and I still haven't received my card either.

I have emailed their customer service department 3 times now. The second reply told me that I would receive it within the next 14 days. However, 14 days came and went so I emailed them again and I have just had this reply from them:

Thank you for your email. Your card is currently being reprinted. Please allow 21 working days for delivery. Please note the card will be valid for a year.

It seems like we are all being told different things!!

Maybe we will get them in time for Christmas?!?!

They usually reply within 24 hours.

Just emailed them!!! I sent mine in straight away and have still heard nothing. A number of friends sent them in and they have had nothing either!!! Has any1 actually recieved theirs yet???

Its absolutely disgusting!! Whats worse is they have done another promotion without even getting on top of the previous back log!!!

Ah well we will see if they respond!!
