I called Customer Services on 020 7860 1129 and asked, they told me that it takes 28 working days from the end of the promotion (which was in February) so I should receive it around the end of March, will keep you updated.

Any news from anyone re this? Is it worth contacting them? This is the first time I've done this so don't really know how long it usually takes.

Seeing as Caterina (see post #142) took the trouble to phone them I was sort of going by that, and was going to wait till beginning of April before hasseling them again. I know the last one they did last year some people mentioned it took 3 months to get them.
