Child/ Pension tax credits if married a widower

Hello all,
I have just heard from a friend who has remarried to an American woman withe a child of 7 years. They are all in UK now. Question is that he is almost 67, is he entitled to Pension Credits and Child Tax Credits?

Yes he should be able to claim both. Get him to call the TCO helpline 0845 3003900 for a claim pack.0
